Join us in the studio and create your very own handmade metal jewelry in Hattie's fully equipped jewelry studio! This is a project based instructional class where students will learn the fundamentals of metalsmithing. Techniques include hammering, stamping, forging, piercing, fold-forming, soldering and more! Each week we will focus on a new exciting project. Students will create with non-precious metals: copper, bronze and brass. Sterling silver may be purchased by instructor at an additional cost. We can seat up to 8 students per class session.

Must have a basic knowledge of metal jewelry or have taken Adult Metal Jewelry Class.

This is an open studio/workshop held each week for individuals who wish to develop their skills at metalsmithing and jewelry design. Express your creativity through individual projects you choose to work on. Hattie will assist guests but this is not an instructional class and follows a freelance format. Students will have full access to tools and equipment. Non precious metals: brass, copper and bronze are included in the class fee. Sterling silver may be purchased at an additional cost.
